KVM Switch Direct | ATEN | ALTUSEN
The KH2508A KVM switch is a control unit that allows IT administrators to access and control multiple computers from two PS/2 or USB KVM consoles (one bus). Operators working at up to two consoles can independently and simultaneously take control of up to 8 computers. By daisy chaining up to 15 additional switches, as many as 128 computers can be controlled from the original KVM consoles.
This switch has been designed with unique and powerful features that enable administrators to manage their entire server room and data center devices easily and conveniently. For example, the advanced Adapter ID feature stores the Adapter Cable's configuration information such as its ID, port name, OS, keyboard language, etc. This feature allows administrators to relocate servers to different ports without having to reconfigure the adapters . Other advances found with these switches includes enhanced video quality extending the distance to the servers to up to 50 m at a resolution of 1280 x 1024. With KVM Adapter Cable KA7000 series

Aten´s 4th generation of KVM over IP switches - KN series allows local console access and remote over IP access for operators to monitor and access their entire data center over a network using a web-based browser. In addition, they offer out-of-band access with external modem support for BIOS-level troubleshooting when the network is down
ATEN's KVM over IP switches now support the new Control Center Video Session Recorder (CCVSR) software. The CCVSR records all operations made on servers accessed through KVM over IP switches. Every operation and change from the BIOS level to logging in, from running software applications to configuring the operating system- is recorded and saved to a secure video file as evidence, without exception.
Enhanced capabilities of KVM over IP switches also include: a Message Board, Panel Array Mode™, Mouse DynaSync™, and Adapter ID.
With dual on-board NICs, the KVM over IP switches are built for reliability, to ensure 24/7 availability of remote access to all server room computers. Should one of the IP become unavailable, the other will take over in order to keep the system functioning normally..

The new generation of KVM over the NETswitches allow local and remote operators to monitor and access the entire enterprise data center over the Internet using a web-based browser. A special Message Board feature - which like an internet chat program - lets any number of remotely logged in users exchange information and communicate with each other or to cooperatively manage the installation. A Panel Array Mode - allows real-time monitoring of 24 servers at once.
Other features that contribute to the switches' powerful capabilities include: Mouse DynaSync, Adapter ID, and Virtual Media support
ATEN’s 4th generation of KVM over IP switches exceed expectations. The KN2132VA features superior video quality (HD resolution of 1920 x 1200), FIPS 140-2 with level 1 security standards and virtual media transmissions at twice the speed. The KN series provides local console and remote over IP access for users to monitor and access their entire data center over a network. In addition, it offers out-of-band access with external modem support for BIOS level troubleshooting when the network is down.

Altusen's PN0108 is equipped with eight hotpluggable ports for easy server rooom management. Each port can be individually controlled so that users can set the power on sequence and delay time for each port to allow equipment to be turned on in the proper order. Note this is a slave unit and must be used in conjunction with the PN9108 or CN8000
