Who exactly are KVM Switch Direct?KVM Switch Direct is a trading style of End Design Limited a privately owned British registered company based Just off the M25 at Leatherhead, England. The Company, still run by its founder (who is referred to in the Who's Who of British Business excellence 2003 and Business Elite 2008) has been selling KVM switches to the IT sector for over 15 years. The company has clients with some of the largest Data Centres in Europe.

Are the prices competitive?Yes, however if you find the price of a product cheaper anywhere on the internet, we will endeavour to beat it.
I thought you offered 'FREE DELIVERY' ?Well not exactly. Until recently we did not charge for delivery within the UK mainland although obviously we had to allow for the cost of shipping in the price of the item. On the face of it this was a good thing for everyone and simplified the purchasing experience. The problem was that many of our customers were paying high (albeit hidden) delivery charges when they placed orders for more than one item. Now the delivery has been stripped out of the price and for many items there is a choice of service, including collection. Do I have to pay VAT?VAT of 15% is added to orders made from the United Kingdom or other members of the European Union. If you are company registered for VAT in an E.U. member country then you must give us a valid VAT number at the checkout to be exempt. This exemption does NOT apply to companies within the United Kingdom. If you have a Special Exemption (charitable research etc.. ), you must fax a copy of the exemption for the attention of Dr. W. Nima to 01372 450592 Orders from the USA and all other countries are VAT free.
GuaranteeWe guarantee your satisfaction. All cables are guaranteed for 5 years and the Manufacturers Warranties on the KVM switches range between 1 and 5 years. If you do have any problems with a purchase please let us know so that we can deal with it promptly (see notes on Faulty Goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy PolicyWe do not disclose buyers information to third parties, we do not even use the information ourselves for marketing. How do I make a purchase?To Order and Pay online Simply browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy adding them to the 'shopping cart'. After you have finished your selection, proceed to the Checkout and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete your order. We accept all major credit cards. If you are outside the UK you will be billed in GB Pounds and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. Provided you have entered your email address correctly you with receive confirmation of your order and a shipping confirmation containing tracking information. if for some reason a product is out of stock we will inform you immediately, no payment will be taken until it is ready to ship and you can cancel your order at any time (this does not apply to special offline orders and custom cables) To Order online and Pay offline select the appropriate option at the checkout. Can I pay in U.S.$, or Zambian Kwachas ?All billing is in GB Pounds your credit card privider will bill you in your local currency.
Do you accept Official Purchase Orders?UK Central and Local Government Universities, Schools and Colleges UK Companies If you do not wish to open an account, ask us to send you a pro-forma invoice by fax or mail and make payment by cheque, B.A.C.S. or Credit Card.
How secure is my order?We adopt the highest levels of security. In addition to being encrypted, orders (including credit card details) are only stored on a web site until we download them to our office (minutes). How soon will I get my goods?As soon as your order is recieved it is processed and if processed before 16.30 local time it is despatched the same day by your chosen method. Deliveries to places outside the UK take between 3-5 days. If for any reason an item is not in stock, then we will mail you with a revised delivery time and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and don't forget, WE DO NOT DEBIT YOUR CARD UNTIL THE GOODS SHIP. Important note on home deliveries: Our carriers will require a signature. If you are not available to sign for the goods, the carrier will post a card through your letterbox indicating that they had attempted a delivery and inviting you to contact them to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery time. If you fail to contact them, the delivery will fail and an charge of £14.50 will be applied to the delivery by the carrier. For this reason you may find it more convenient to have goods delivered to your workplace.
ComplaintsIf you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your dealings KVM Switch Direct please COMPLAIN. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential
manner and we aim to respond to any complaint within 24 hours at which
time we will give an indication of the likely timescale which will be
involved in resolving your complaint, in most cases complaints are resolved
within a couple of days.
